⚡️ Who Levels Up Learning? Lowndes Middle School, that’s who!! At today’s visit, district leaders had the opportunity to view teaching with technology at an elevated level.

🔥From group projects with Coach Henderson’s class to rap battles identifying conflict in literature with Mrs. Tramell; evaluating character archetypes with Ms. D***s and Lego Rhythms and Song Analysis with Mr. Eubanks, LMS teachers across the campus put on a display of masterful 3Cs instruction!

🎯 There are NO imposters at Lowndes Middle School! Mrs. Massingill's students were hard at work using Scriblit to identify the Proportional Imposter, though, while Leveling Up Learning at LMS!

⭐Know who's Leveling Up Learning with Technology? Clyattville Elementary School's Mrs. Beyer and Mrs. Spell, that's who!! Their ELA Unit 1 was all about animal adaptations. To close the unit out, students created a Google Slides presentation on an animal of their choice. They included photos of their animal, their animal’s habitat, and their animal's adaptations. They also explained how the animal’s adaptations help it survive in their environment.

What a THREE-C-RIFIC lesson!

As a wrap up to our first 3rd grade Benchmark unit of animal adaptations, students chose an animal to research and complete a writing piece about their specific animal and the adaptations they have to help them survive. Students used Magic School AI to create an informational piece with facts to learn AND a mixture of PebbleGo and EPIC to research. When finished, they typed their writing on a Google Doc and created an AI picture of them with the animal of their choosing. Way to use technology to learn and showcase what you know! We have some third grade ROCKSTARS!!

Huge shoutout to Clyattville Elementary School's Jonathan Tomberlin, Autumn Burnett, & Heather Andrews for finding creative ways to weave technology into foundational skills!

In this lesson, students:
✨ Created original artwork using digital pattern blocks
✨ Curated shape counts to build their own custom graphs
✨ Collaborated to interpret and compare data with their peers
