The CBS School Store is a favorite that our students look forward to each week!

Students can shop for fun toys, goodies, and little surprises, with everything priced between $1-$3.

The School Store is open every Tuesday and Thursday during morning carline. Send a few dollars with your student and let them stop by and pick out something fun!

All proceeds will go directly to Crossroads Baptist School and support the students we are blessed to serve!

🍎 Teacher Tuesday 🍎

It’s Teacher Tuesday, and we’re excited to spotlight one of the incredible teachers who makes Crossroads Baptist School such a special place! ❤️💙

Anna Saunders is one of our awesome kindergarten teachers! She has been teaching for 10 years, and this is her 4th year at Crossroads Baptist School. Her fellow faculty members describe her as intentional, exceptional, and dedicated. When asked about her favorite part of teaching at CBS, she shared:

“I love being able to teach the Bible and point everything back to the Lord. From academics to friendships to how we carry ourselves, I love showing my students how God is in the midst of it all and that we can shine for Him in everything we do.”

We are so grateful for Mrs. Saunders and the heart she brings to her kindergarten classroom each day. Her intentionality, dedication, and love for Christ are just some of the things that make her such a special teacher and a blessing to the CBS family!

The 5th graders are having fun with coding in Mrs. Moore’s Technology class! Using Evo Coding Robots, students are color-coding paths, practicing sequencing, and strengthening their problem-solving skills along the way!

Every Wednesday, our students gather for chapel: a special time of prayer, worship, and a message from one of our Crossroads Baptist Church pastors. One of our favorite things about chapel is having our families join us! Reach out to your child’s teacher to find out their chapel time. We’d love to have you worship with us!

Today, Pastor Garrett shared about what it means to love God, serve others, and live out our faith each day. We are so thankful for this time each week to grow together in Christ!

🍎 Teacher Tuesday 🍎

It’s Teacher Tuesday, and we’re excited to spotlight one of the incredible teachers who makes Crossroads Baptist School such a special place! ❤️💙

Ms. Johnson is one of our wonderful first grade teachers! She has been teaching for 35 years, and this is her 5th year at Crossroads Baptist School. Her fellow faculty members describe her as steadfast, encouraging, and reliable. When asked about her favorite part of teaching at CBS, she shared that it is the privilege of teaching her students about Jesus!

We are so thankful for Ms. Johnson and the experience, encouragement, and love for Christ she brings to her first grade classroom each day. We are blessed to have her as part of the CBS family!

Each morning, our fifth grade students have the privilege of learning from Mr. James as he teaches them the proper way to raise, lower, and fold the American flag. 🇺🇸 Following this, our students begin their day by reciting the pledges to the American flag, Christian flag, and the Bible.

We are so grateful to Mr. James for taking the time to teach our students the importance of honoring our flag and showing respect for the values it represents!

Our prayer is that every student and staff member will reflect Christ at our school, in their homes, and wherever they go!

Kindergarten Boot Camp is underway! 💚🤎

Our students are busy learning the foundations of a successful school year, from correctly using scissors, glue, and markers to practicing classroom routines and independence. As they master each skill, they earn a badge to celebrate their hard work! We are so proud of them for working hard, trying new things, and growing in confidence each day. We can’t wait to see all they accomplish this year!

Today we welcomed back familiar faces from LHS, VHS, HCA, and Valwood for their Senior Walk! 🎓
Once our elementary students, now graduates ready for what’s next. We couldn’t be prouder of them and who they’ve become! We’re praying God’s blessings over each of them as they step into this next chapter. The future is bright! ⭐
