We still have a few more openings for the fall 2025 tutoring program.

Valdosta State University’s College of Education is offering free literacy and math tutoring for elementary-aged students. The program is designed to support students who are behind in math and/or literacy while providing our teacher candidates the opportunity to plan and deliver lessons in a supervised format.

Tutoring will occur from 4:00pm to 5:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays (September 2nd - October 7th).

The tutoring will be at Valdosta State University in the SLC (Sullivan Literacy Center), located in the educational building. Additional details will be sent out via email before the first session.
