Continuing Education is critical for a yoga teacher (AND required for Yoga Alliance Certification!) And if you know Rachel, you know she is always up to try and find a new way to make Yoga and fitness fun. So! Her next adventure is a Flying Pilates Teacher certification! This is a full 200 hr class, so look for Flying Pilates to join our regular classes in 2027. In the meantime, watch our schedule for Aerial Yogalates Pop Ups and classes during the rest of the year - as she incorporates her training into a fusion class!
First one will be NEXT WEDNESDAY at 7:15pm.
