Valders Elementary PTA

Valders Elementary PTA Valder's Elementary School PTA does a lot to help out our school. We have two fundraisers each year.

Examples of what we do with the money raised:
- Free family events throught the year.
- Buy books for classrooms.
- Purchase requested items from teachers for their classroom.
- Provide teachers with food during conferences.
- Provide breakfast for teacher appreciation week.
- Buy extra pants and underwear for the office, for students who may need them.
- Donate to the High School Key Club. (

Key club is a huge source of volunteers for our events).
- Dontate to the High School Scholarship Fund.
- Donate to the Middle School for playground equipment.
- Donate money towards the school for big projects (in th e past money toward a copy machine, new swings on the playground, and the gym floor).
- Playground equipment - balls, hula hoops, jump ropes, and chalk.
- Ice cream for students and staff at the end of the year.
- Snacks for students during the WKCE testing.
- Cake for bus drivers during Bus Driver Appreciation week.
- The field trip for the 4th graders and supply materials for a scrapbook page per 4th grader for their graduation.

✏️WELCOME BACK📚

Thank you to everyone who stopped by at today’s Open House! We loved meeting families, sharing what the PTA does, and talking about all the fun things we have planned for the 2026–2027 school year.

We hope you’ll join us! Your membership helps support our teachers, students, school projects, field trips, and more. This year, we’re especially excited to work toward funding an outdoor classroom! 🌿

Hello Elementary School Families,
As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to our students, families, staff, and volunteers for your continued support of the PTA. Your involvement helps create meaningful opportunities, memorable experiences, and a positive learning environment for all of our students.

We are excited to announce the PTA Board members for the 2026-2027 school year:
President – Pauline Gonnering (continuing through the end of her term in June 2027)
Vice President – Abby Hoban
Treasurer – Callie Behnke
Secretary – Gwen Sukowaty
Volunteer Coordinator – Niccole Muhowski (Volunteer Position)

We are grateful to these individuals for their willingness to serve and volunteer their time to support our school community. We look forward to welcoming new ideas, fresh perspectives, and continued collaboration as we plan for another successful year.

Please watch for additional communications later this summer regarding upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and our schedule for the new school year. We look forward to reconnecting with families at our August PTA meeting and/or the school Open House at the end of August.
