We had two very special visitors at RSES! Our kindergartners learned all about avalanche dogs Ullr and Pepper and the important jobs these amazing pups do on the mountain and how they help keep people safe. A HUGE thank you to ski patrollers Charlie and Billy for bringing them to visit and teaching us all about their work!

On Friday September 11th, our fifth graders had the honor of reading the names of the first responders who lost their lives on 9/11. They did an incredible job honoring each name with the respect and thoughtfulness this moment deserves. We received so many heartfelt compliments, and it was clear that their words truly moved those who listened. We are so proud of our students for helping us remember and honor the fallen on this 25th anniversary.

It’s the little things that make a BIG impact. 💛 Mr. Beall used student wellness funds to transform part of our library. A huge thank you to Mr. Beall and Mrs. Asia for all the behind-the-scenes work they do. They truly make RSES a better place!
