Every month, we bring the entire AWAA family together for our LOOP meeting, a time to share where we've been, where we're headed, and celebrate the people making it all happen.
We believe that a team that's informed is a team that's unstoppable. When everyone understands our goals, sees our progress, and feels seen and valued, we move together.

This month's LOOP had it all: milestone anniversaries, a well-earned Employee of the Month (congrats, Lily!), quality recognition (go shipping!), and honest conversations about how we can continue to improve. This is what unity looks like in action. Stronger together, every single month.

The Capitola Beach Residence is a stunning WIP project taking shape along the California coast, featuring a whole-house package of custom All Weather Series 8100 and 8150 Sliding Doors, Series 7000 Swing Door, and Series 6000 windows.

Every opening is oriented to pull the Pacific Ocean in, turning the surf and shoreline into a living backdrop for the home.
