Congratulations to VCHS graduate, Ava Payan!

A member of the VCS family for 18 years, Ava was involved in Student Council/ASB, Volleyball, Softball, Women's Bible Study, California Scholarship Federation, S Club, and Multicultural Club. Through these experiences, she built lifelong friendships, created unforgettable memories, and made the most of her years at VCS.

Ava is especially thankful for her friends, the Front Office staff, who played such a meaningful role during her senior year, Mrs. Golden, her coaches, and the many teachers who invested in her throughout the past 18 years. Looking back on her time at VCS, Ava is grateful for the countless people who encouraged, challenged, and supported her along the way, helping shape the person she is today. Above all, she thanks God for the friends and family He has blessed her with.

After being accepted to BYU, Ava has chosen to stay local and attend Solano Community College, where she will study Business. She plans to pursue a future career in Entertainment Management.

Congratulations to VCHS graduate, Rongxiang (Kate) Yuan!

As an International student, Kate brought a unique perspective to the VCS community while participating in Radio Broadcasting and Fashion Club. Through these experiences, she built meaningful friendships, embraced new opportunities, and created lasting memories during her time at VCS.

Kate is especially thankful for Mr. Wilson, her counselor and math teacher, who played an important role in supporting her academically and guiding her through the college application process. She is also grateful for Ms. Adams, whose encouragement helped her grow in confidence and communication skills. In addition, Kate is thankful for her teachers, classmates, and friends who made her time at VCS meaningful and welcoming.

This fall, Kate plans to attend Evergreen Valley College, where she will pursue a degree in Mathematics. She looks forward to continuing her education and exploring future opportunities in the field.

During her time at VCS, Amiya was involved in Volleyball and Yearbook. Through these experiences, she built friendships, created lasting memories, and enjoyed being part of the VCS community.

Amiya is especially thankful for Mr. Brown and Mrs. Adams for their encouragement and support throughout her journey at VCS.

This fall, Amiya plans to attend Solano Community College, where she will begin pursuing a career in Nursing. Her goal is to become a nurse and serve others through compassionate care.

Congratulations to VCHS graduate, Raymond Choi!

A member of the VCS family for nine years, Raymond was involved in Radio Symphony, Volleyball, Golf, Yearbook, Film, Spanish Club, Multicultural Club, and Model UN. Through these experiences, he built lasting friendships, developed leadership skills, and made memories that will stay with him for years to come.

Raymond is especially thankful for Coach Borges, Mr. M, Ms. McClane, Mr. Kuch, Mr. Wilson, Mr. Solomon, Mrs. Taylor, Kelby Robinson, Andy Thoma, Kani Tubura, and Victoria Thomas for their encouragement, support, and impact throughout his time at VCS.

After being accepted to multiple colleges, Raymond has chosen to attend Napa Valley College. There, he plans to complete his prerequisites before transferring to UCLA. He plans to begin working as a CNA while working toward earning his BSN and gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field. He also hopes to continue competing in either tennis or volleyball.

During his time at VCS, Tyler was involved in Radio Broadcasting, where he developed skills and experiences that helped shape his high school journey.

Tyler is especially thankful for Mr. Kosiewicz, whom he describes as the "Best. Teacher. Ever."

This fall, Tyler plans to attend Solano Community College, where he will begin working toward a career in radiology by completing his prerequisite coursework and continuing his education in the healthcare field.

Congratulations to VCHS graduate, Julia Hill!

A member of the VCS family for 10 years, Julia was involved in Student Council/ASB, Cross Country, Soccer, Track & Field, Spanish Club, California Scholarship Federation, Multicultural Club, and Model UN. Through these activities, she enjoyed unforgettable experiences, built lasting relationships, and made memories that will remain with her long after graduation.

Julia is grateful for her friends, family, coaches, and teachers, especially Ms. McClane, Ms. Rohrbough, Mr. Gustafson, and Mr. Brady, for their encouragement, support, and influence throughout her years at VCS.

This fall, Julia will attend Sacramento State University, where she will study Public Health on the pre-med track. She hopes to become a physician, potentially specializing in neurology, and is interested in using her education and skills in humanitarian work.

Congratulations to VCHS graduate, Dylan Eddings!

A member of the VCS family for 13 years, Dylan spent his high school years actively involved in Football, Basketball, Baseball, Golf, and Yearbook. Through athletics, friendships, and countless experiences on campus, he made memories that will last a lifetime.

Dylan is especially thankful for his girlfriend Danielle, his friend Chendo who has been by his side since day one of elementary school, Mr. Edgar, Mr. M, the elementary staff, Jerry Miller, and Alicia Borges for always motivating him and reminding him who he is, Coach T for teaching him how to face adversity, and Coaches Clint, Snelgrove, Rick, and Rico, all of whom pushed him to be his best.

This fall, Dylan has committed to play baseball at Diablo Valley College, where he plans to study Business. His dream is to one day make it to the MLB.
