Finally gained some weight! Now it's time to get toned!

Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body, and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture. Pilates workouts promote strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints

It has been a very long, stressful, painful, and emotionally journey since last year. Waking up to a stroke from a falling T1 disc sucks. I have gone through so much with my little family to get better. I went from lifting and squating 145 lbs to not being able to hold more than 5 lbs without shaking. Strokes with a neck/spine injury takes time healing and overcoming huge physical/mental issues from it. I can say this move has helped so much in my heath and my mental unexpectedly. I do have my up and downs where I can't go to the gym more often as I'd like to or during my focus on building strength again is hard when you have to be very careful with weights. No matter what you do in life there will be up and downs. You just need to push through it and take your time. To process everyone!





Stay mentally motivated with a clear mind and be patient with you body

Gosh can we say I actually miss the gyms being fully open to do whatever we want and how we want?! I can definitely raise a βœ‹for that!




Some of us work full-time jobs, run businesses, and have a family to take care of, all while trying to be fit or even just feel better. We both work full-time together at the same place.. I .parker run two other businesses while doing fitness with my husband- .photography , and being a wife and mother. Everyone has some type of busy lifestyle, but everyone can put in 30mins a day to workout. It doesn't have to be crazy! Squats with weights or hold your kid if you don't have weights lol, I've done it! Do a run or sprint around the block, walk for 30 mins, ride a bike, or even do small cross fit. Anything helps and you can do it right from your own home or outside like at a park.




Don't let busy life keep you from feeling good and healthy!

Hey y'all,
Life has been hectic with everything being shut down, with .parker other businesses, family, work, personal life, and loosing someone really close to us recently. I know we haven't been on here much, but we respect πŸ™y'all ❀ for standing by us all this time.

We have been planning things differently to start back up at the gym and more home workouts. Hoping to get some recordings posted up soon in the next week or so.

Quarantine can be hard mentally and physically. My family and I have definitely struggles keeping up with working out since this all happened. Having the gym closed or now having to reserve a spot hoping to get in just hasn't made it easy. Finally we woke up and said go for it! Push through the laziness and enjoy the day. For ones that need fun easy butt and leg home workouts here y'all go!




Each set of 20 on both legs: make sure to move slow to hit every muscle. Lol you will feel it working.

Honestly, during the quarantine this year has been rough for everyone. Routine gets out of wack, eating, fitness, and more. Sometimes I think this is mentally healthy for us all to get time to ourselves, figure out life, family, and challenge what we can do without all the crazy essentials given to us. We will all individually find a way to enjoy life and make it worth while during the crazy times like this. Show us what we are really made of. We don't need all that is given easy to us because it is what you make of it.

Just beautiful!!! we love this helping ones in need! Our dream is to not only to open a store to use profits towards animal/children in need around the world, but to open up a reality business within the store to flip houses for the heroes on the front line that need homes for themselves and their families. Having family, my husband, and friends being in the military/front line or retired out, we have a big heart for all heroes ❀ putting their life on the line to keep everyone safe. We are supporting and super excited to get our businesses started so we can travel around the world helping people in multiple different ways. Building from scratch, flipping homes, and even improving the ones they live in. We want them all to live comfortably, no wait on a list to have a home or to rent one, an easy way to move in or out when orders change or life changes happen, and have these heroes feel they are being taken care of. .

Couples Who Workout Together!

Okay guys has a video of how she is (us gals are) with the hubby..lol super funny and true! We all want lovins and attention! We can't help how cute they are working out and that goes both ways. We want to support, love on them and have fun aka be funny!

When y'all trying to be serious...take a minute to be goofy and enjoy your time together! Also make sure to push your loved one to get back to their workout lol. Keep them motivated and get moving!
