Our '26-'27 FFA Vice President and FFA Area Vll Senior, London Hobbs attended the Texas A&M Poultry Science Judging Clinic last week. London came home full of new skills, knowledge, confidence and made some great memories. Huge thank you to Texas A&M Poultry Science Department and the Collegiate Judging team for an awesome experience! 🐓🐣👍🏻

From the Briscoe-Garner museum, Mr. Garza & some of our UCA family were a part of the community reading of the Declaration of Independence yesterday! 🇺🇸 They helped the museum pass out fans & water while also mingling with the Community. Our FFA chapter is headed Ft Worth for FFA State Convention! We are excited for this maden voyage of the FFA van provided by a grant from Kate Marmion Charitable Foundation! 💚
Back in May Truett Jenkins won the Area 7 FFA talent competition held at James Madison HS in San Antonio. He has the honor of competing during the State Convention July 9th! We are so proud of our Warriors & their dedication to taking in all the opportunities this amazing organization has to offer our students! God speed Uvalde Classical Academy FFA!! 💙💛

May 14th at 6 PM siblings, not twins, Chace & Payton Dadd represented the Class of 2026.
Chase & Payton Dadd both graduated with honors (3.5 or higher) with Chace also completing his Dual Credit Technical Program from SWTXC with honors (4.0). They are both actively involved in Young Life and participate in Summer Rush.
Their hard work, dedication & devotion to being the example God called them to be, is a joy to witness. 💚 God's continued blessing over our class of 2026. 🙌🏻🎓

Last week UCA wrapped up the '25 - '26 school year! Grateful for the hard work our faculty & staff put into blessing our UCA family at our end of year awards...and all year long. The ceremony was filled with special speaches, celebration of acknowledgements & worship as a school family. Our Seniors Payton & Chace Dadd challenged the Junior class & 2027 class rep London Hobbs shared their excitement for their senior year. We look forward to welcoming our returning & new families in the Fall! 💚 Have a blessed, safe & restful Summer. ☀️

Our Warrior Junior, London Hobbs has been dancing since she was 3 years old. Tonight is the Uvalde School of Classical Dance Ballet recital and will be performing Paquita! Paquita was first performed in 1846 in Paris and this will be the first time in Uvalde County History for it to be performed on The Uvalde Grand Opera House stage. 🩰

UCA's first FFA banquet was held Tuesday evening. Contest participants at the District & State level were recognized along with outstanding members in each grade level. We also took the opportunity to recognize & properly thank our generous donors for provision & assistance setting up our Ag building. Concluded the event ushering in our 2026-2027 officers. We appreciate our high school families effort to make this banquet a success. Also to our incoming freshmen Ryanne Brewster- Gallardo & Emry Ruth Hale for helping serve the meal. To Mr. Black, we are so grateful to all you've taught us this year. We look forward to learning more and doing it all over again next year! 💙💛💚
