August 14th we will be holding a women's self defense workshop at the awesome Express Buffet here in Carrizo Springs (thank you Vickie Rodriguez!!). This workshop is for women of ages 13 and up. It doesn't require any training or physical skill level. I promise it will be an experience you will be so thankful for having. Let's come together ladies, to grow and learn, and build with each other. Please share!

Thank you to everyone who came out to our annual Halloween party. It’s always such a great time spending it with our martial arts family getting to let loose and enjoy each other’s company. So many fantastic costumes, dance moves, and fabulous food.
