Local Air National Guard Pilot helps rescue dozens in North Carolina Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Zakris is a New York State Trooper. The New York Mills resident and Westmoreland School graduate also answers the need, when called by the New York Air National Guard, where he's a First Lieutenant.

The Organization of Justice Studies (OJS) Speaker Series presents: Detective Matthew Donaldson '05 from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Congratulations to Patrolman Matthew A. Hall who was named Rome Police Department’s Officer of the Month for April. Patrolman Hall graduated from Utica College in 2016 in Criminal Justice. He is being honored for his professional response and attention to duty. He joined the department in June 2016.

Sarah Pierce, Lead Crime Analyst for the Onanadaga County Crime Analysis Center and Utica College Alumni, presents to students at Utica College. Her presentation was on Structured Analytical Techniques for crime analysts and was sponsored by Professor Raymond Philo's Introduction to Intelligence Studies class and the Utica College Organization of Justice Studies.
