Merry Meet Friends and Welcome to Wicca Wednesday!

Have you ever felt like you were being watched, only to look up and immediately lock eyes with someone? Have you ever walked into a place and suddenly felt something was off, even though everything appeared normal?

That little inner warning is what many call intuition and for witches and spiritual practitioners, learning to recognize and trust it can be an important part of the Craft.

Intuition can sometimes act as our internal warning system. It may appear as:

•A sudden uneasy feeling around someone
•Goosebumps or an unexplained chill
•A strong urge to leave a place
•Hesitation before making a decision
•Feeling drawn toward or away from someone
•A persistent feeling that something needs your attention

Sometimes our subconscious notices subtle changes in body language, tone, or our surroundings before our conscious mind catches up. Spiritually, some practitioners also view intuition as a form of energetic or psychic awareness.

The key is discernment. Not every feeling is a message, and learning the difference between intuition, fear, and assumption takes practice.

Think of your intuition like a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

Pay attention to those little nudges. Keep an intuition journal, meditate, practice divination, and reflect on what your instincts tell you.

The Witch’s intuition isn’t always about predicting the future. Sometimes its greatest magick is simply whispering:

“Pay attention. Something here matters.”

Wishing you a Blessed Wicca Wednesday!

Merry Meet Friends and welcome to another installment of Tarot Tuesday. Today, we drew a card from The Golden Tarot by Liz Dean. After asking The Universe for guidance, we randomly selected the following card.

Card: The Chariot
Meaning: Journey, Determination, Self-Control, Departure

The drive for adventure. As the charioteer uses
the force of his will to bring together everything he needs for his journey, you move toward a new relationship or career, although The Chariot can also show an important journey, learning to drive, or a new means of transport. At this time, you show great determination to get where you want to go and you will reach your destination. The horses represent libido, so there is also the frisson of sexual adventure here. The horses, dark and white, echo the dark and light aspects of the journey ahead.

The Chariot tends to show up when the message is about forward movement, determination, self-control, and taking the reins of a situation. It is Major Arcana VII, so its appearance can point to a significant moment where success depends on choosing a direction and committing to it. The Chariot carries an important lesson about power with direction. Having strength isn’t enough; you need to know where you’re taking it.

Until next time, blessed be!

Hello Friends and Welcome to Mindful Monday!

Prioritizing our spiritual health can take many forms. For some, it may be meditation or prayer. For others, it may include Reiki, energy work, spiritual mentorship, Ayurveda, acupuncture, or other holistic and complementary approaches to wellness.

But here’s something we may not always think about: Do you know what your health insurance actually covers?

Taking a mindful approach to our well-being also means becoming informed about the resources available to us. Depending on your individual health plan, certain holistic, complementary, or alternative services may qualify for coverage, reimbursement, discounts, or benefits through programs such as an HSA or FSA.

Take a little time to explore your options.

Consider contacting your insurance provider and asking:

•Does my plan include benefits for complementary or alternative care?
•Are services such as acupuncture, massage therapy, Ayurveda, or other holistic treatments covered?
•Are any energy-based or spiritual wellness services eligible for reimbursement?
•What credentials must a practitioner have for a service to qualify?
•What documentation or receipts would I need to submit a claim?
•Can eligible wellness expenses be paid through an HSA or FSA?

Coverage varies greatly between insurance companies and individual plans, and not every spiritual or energetic service will qualify. Never assume a service is covered; ask your insurer directly before receiving services if reimbursement is important to you.

Mindfulness isn’t only about being present in the moment. It is also about becoming an informed participant in your own wellness journey.

Your spiritual well-being matters. Your financial well-being matters, too. Knowing your options can help you make choices that honor both.
Blessed Be!

Merry Meet Friends and Welcome to Spell Saturday!

Today, we turn our attention beneath our feet to Mother Gaia, the living Earth who holds us, nourishes us, and provides so much of what we use in our spiritual practices. From the herbs in our spells and the crystals upon our altars to the water we bless and the food that sustains us, there is much for which we can offer gratitude.

This simple Gratitude Spell for Mother Gaia is not about asking for anything. Instead, it is an opportunity to give back, say thank you, and reconnect with the Earth.

Mother Gaia Gratitude Spell

You will need:
•A small bowl of water
•Herbs such as rosemary, lavender, sage, or basil
•A crystal that reminds you of the Earth
•A green, brown, or white candle
•An Earth offering such as flowers, seeds, or simply your time caring for the land

Find a peaceful place outdoors, if possible. Place your hands upon the ground and take several slow breaths. Feel the Earth beneath you and spend a moment recognizing everything she provides.

Light your candle safely and place the stone beside it. Add your herbs to the bowl of water and gently stir clockwise while thinking of the things for which you are grateful.

Then speak:
“Mother Gaia, Earth below,
For all you give, my thanks I show.
For stone and seed, for rain and tree,
For every gift you share with me.
I ask for nothing on this day,
But offer thanks in my own way.
May what I take be given due,
With grateful heart, I honor you.
So mote it be.”

Pour the water onto the Earth, provided everything you’ve added is safe for the local soil and wildlife. Leave your offering only if it is truly biodegradable and ecologically appropriate or choose an act of service instead: pick up litter, tend a garden, water a thirsty plant, or simply sit with the Earth for a while.

Remember, sometimes the most powerful spell isn’t one where we ask the Universe to give us something. Sometimes it’s the moment we stop and say, “Thank you for what I already have.”

May we walk gently upon the Earth, take only what we need, and remember to give something back. Blessed be!

Welcome Friends to another installment of Fortune Friday! Today, we are using The Mystique of Magdalene Oracle by Cheryl Yambrach Rose. After consulting the universe for guidance, we randomly drew the following card:

Card: The Shekinah
Message: Divine Destiny.

INFUSE SPIRIT INTO ALL YOU CREATE. EVERYTHING YOU DO, NO MATTER HOW SMALL, IS A CONSCIOUS ACT THAT CAN BE CHARGED BY POSITIVE INTENTIONS. YOUR AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS WILL KEEP YOU ON A POSITIVE TIMELINE.

The Shekinah is the primordial creatrix. She is sometimes called the Bride of God, the world soul, and the eternal light of wisdom — Sophia. Mary Magdalene and Jeshua would know her as the Shekinah. She brings the thoughts of God into manifestation as a vehicle of creation. The Mother/Father God was the source of the iconic Bride and Bridegroom represented on the Earth plane as Mary Magdalene and Jeshua.

The Zohar—a foundation of Jewish mysticism, also known as the Book of Splendor-refers to the angels being born from the Shekinah. The Thunder, Perfect Mind is a poem from the manuscripts of Nag Hammadi (the Gnostic Gospels). In it, the Divine Feminine speaks of the angels ".. sent at my word." They become her intermediaries and her messengers. Later in the Nag Hammadi texts, this divine feminine presence is called Sophia. She is portrayed as the highest dimensional being, the breath of the living God, creating the fundamental manifestation of human existence and spirituality.

Remember, you are a divine thought of the Father and have been given the breath of life by the Mother to become a living being with a divine destiny. Your destiny is not a fixed mark. You can arrive by many pathways according to the choices you make.

Wishing you all a blessed Fortune Friday!

Salutations Friends and Welcome to another Talisman Thursday!

This week, we’re turning our attention to the beautiful energy of Blue Apatite, a stone often associated with communication, inspiration, manifestation, and spiritual awareness.

Blue Apatite is commonly connected with the Throat and Third Eye Chakra, making it a wonderful companion for those looking to strengthen the connection between what they intuitively know and what they are able to express.

Communication & Self-Expression
Blue Apatite is believed to encourage honest communication and help us find the confidence to speak our truth with clarity.

Intuition & Spiritual Awareness
Its connection to the Third Eye makes it a popular stone for meditation, divination, dream work, and developing greater trust in our intuitive senses.

Motivation & Inspiration
Feeling stuck or uninspired? Blue Apatite is often considered an energetic “get moving” stone, helping clear mental stagnation and encouraging enthusiasm toward our goals.

Manifestation & Intention
Because of its associations with clarity and focused thought, Blue Apatite can be carried during manifestation work as a reminder to clearly define what we are working toward and to take action alongside our intentions.

Ways to use Blue Apatite as a talisman:
Wear it as a pendant near the throat, carry a tumbled stone in your pocket, place it beside your journal or divination tools, or hold it during meditation when seeking clarity and direction.

Talisman Tip: Blue Apatite can be especially meaningful when your mind knows what it wants, but you’re struggling to put those thoughts into words or action.

Sometimes the most powerful talisman doesn’t give us the answer, it reminds us that the answer may already be waiting within us.

May your voice be clear, your intuition strong, and your path inspired. Blessed Be!

Hello Friends and Welcome to another Wicca Wednesday!

Today, we delve into the concept of spirit animals and their historical roots. For millennia, humans have sought spiritual meaning in animals across various cultures, appearing in mythology, folklore, religious traditions, dreams, divination, and ancestral teachings. Animals symbolize protection, wisdom, transformation, courage, death, rebirth, and our connection to nature.

The term “spirit animal” has a complex modern history. It often refers to an animal seen as a spiritual guide or messenger, but some Indigenous cultures have unique traditions involving animal spirits, clans, guardians, or sacred relationships. These traditions are community-specific and should not be generalized.

Wicca doesn’t mandate belief in spirit animals. However, as modern Pagan and witchcraft traditions evolved, many practitioners embraced ideas of animal guides, allies, familiars, totemic symbolism, and correspondences.

An animal may frequently appear during meditation, dreams, divination, or significant life moments. Instead of immediately labeling it a “spirit animal,” approach it with curiosity:

- Wolf: instinct, loyalty, community & independence
- Owl: wisdom, observation & hidden knowledge
- Snake: transformation, healing & renewal
- Deer: gentleness, intuition & grace
- Butterfly: change, transition & rebirth
- Crow/Raven: mystery, intelligence & transformation

The idea has evolved through books, movies, social media, and New Age spirituality. Some practitioners now use terms like animal guide, ally, power animal, or messenger, while others focus on the symbolism and energy of animals.

When an animal repeatedly crosses your path, appears in dreams, or captures your attention, don’t rush to label it. Instead, ask:

- What does this animal represent to me?
- What can its natural behavior teach me?
- Why might I be noticing it now?

Sometimes the greatest spiritual teachers do not speak with words. They arrive on wings, paws, hooves, scales, and feathers. Blessed Be!

Merry Meet Friends and welcome to another installment of Tarot Tuesday. Today, we drew a card from The Golden Tarot by Liz Dean. After asking The Universe for guidance, we randomly selected the following card.

Card: Six of Swords
Meaning: Peace Restored

Finally, harmony prevails, and you are able to take time out now that everything is in order. There may be an opportunity to travel abroad for rest or career, and return to the demands of your everyday life with more verve. While the Six does not indicate that a project or problem is resolved, it advises that you will enjoy a little distance from it.

The Six of Swords tends to show up in a tarot reading when you are moving away from difficulty and entering a period of transition, healing, or calmer waters. It is a card of movement but often the kind of movement that happens because you know you can no longer remain where you are. It can also appear when your guides are encouraging you to stop revisiting an old battlefield. You’ve learned what you were meant to learn there. Now the lesson is in moving forward.

Until next time, blessed be.

Merry Meet Friends and Welcome to another Mindful Monday! Today we want to shed some light on finding peace through organizing.

We often think of mindfulness as meditation, breathing, or simply slowing down but mindfulness can also be found in something as practical as organizing and decluttering our surroundings.

Our environment has a way of reflecting back to us. When our homes, workspaces, cars, or even our schedules become cluttered, we may begin to feel overwhelmed without realizing how much that clutter is affecting us. Creating order around us can help create a little more calm within us.

Decluttering can help us:
• Reduce feelings of stress and mental overload
• Make our spaces feel calmer and more welcoming
• Improve focus and productivity
• Save time by knowing where things belong
• Let go of belongings connected to old habits or chapters
• Create room for the things we actually use, need, and enjoy

We live in an unpredictable world. There are many things happening around us that we simply cannot control. But we can create small pockets of order within our own lives.

Cleaning out a drawer, organizing a closet, clearing off a table, deleting unnecessary files from your phone, or finally letting go of something that no longer serves a purpose can be an intentional act of reclaiming your space.

And remember decluttering does not mean throwing everything away. Donate what can still serve someone else. Recycle what you can. Keep what is useful, meaningful, or brings you joy. The goal isn’t perfection; it’s creating a space that supports the life you’re living now.

This week, choose just one small area to organize. As you go through it, ask yourself:

Do I use this?
Do I need this?
Does this still have a purpose in my life?
Am I keeping it because I want it or simply because I’ve always had it?

Sometimes mindfulness isn’t about adding another practice to our lives. Sometimes it’s about clearing away what we no longer need so we have room to breathe. Blessed Be!
