Empowered Pathways invites our friends, community partners, and supporters to join us for our Annual Meeting & Volunteer Recognition on Thursday, October 22 at Monarch by Anthony Amodio.

We’ll also recognize this year’s award recipients for their outstanding contributions to Empowered Pathways and our community.

Who says the first day of school is just for kids?!

The Leadership Mohawk Valley Class of 2027 is officially back in session, and we’re kicking off the year with a little first-day-of-school fun!

During our two-day Opening Retreat, we asked our participants to grab a chalkboard and reflect on the beginning of their LMV journey by completing a few prompts:

These chalkboards capture more than just first-day excitement. They represent new connections, personal strengths, big expectations, and the beginning of a 10-month journey of leadership, growth, and community.

We can't wait to see how their answers evolve between now and graduation in June!
