Grief is not a disorder, a disease, or a sign of weakness. It is an emotional, physical and spiritual necessity, the price you pay for love. The only cure for grief is to grieve. ๐Ÿ’™

Everyone's grief is different and the biggest misconception is that, over time, we will "get over" our grief. People do not "get over" grief... They get THROUGH it. Over time you will grow and adjust to your new "normal" without your loved one physically with you. Another misconception is that there is a time limit on your grief. There is no rule that says how long your grieving period should be, and this is not a one size fits all scenario. Each experience is personal. If you know someone that is grieving the loss of a loved one, please understand that you will not experience your grief the same and it is best not to rush this process. ๐Ÿ’™
