On Friday, May 8, several businesses opened their doors to the 6th graders as they did a walk around Utica tour. These businesses explained what they do on a daily basis and allowed the students to ask questions. We want to give a shout out to the following Utica businesses: Utica Library, Beehive Quiltery, Jitterbug Cafe, Park National Bank, Bekah's Enchanted Photography, County Line Joint Fire District, Utica Pollice Department, and Village of Utica Town Hall for welcoming our students.

UMS RED TRIBE TRIP

To recognize the students that earned Honor Roll (3.5 - 4.0 GPA) and had zero missing assignments during the 25 - 26 school year, those who turned in their permission forms, will attend our Red Tribe Trip! During the school day on Friday, May 15th we will be travelling to Lazy River in Granville. Admission is free, but snacks, drinks, and gift shop items will be available for purchase. Students and teachers are aware they will be missing school for this trip so assignments/responsibilities will be excused or other arrangements will be made for make-up work between the student and teacher prior to the trip.

STUDENTS REMEMBER...
1.) Wear comfy clothes and sneakers to have fun in (that might get a bit dirty), but dress code still applies!
2.) Bring your sack lunch (or if you marked you are getting one from the cafeteria pick it up before we leave)
3.) You might want extra water bottles for your fun day of adventures 🙂
