At Lil’ Rascals Academy we help children embark on new adventures in learning as well as acquiring new skills. At Lil’ Rascals we understand that your precious babies have become toddlers and preschoolers. We understand that children are very active and curious at this age! We will focus on helping you and your child build strong and positive relationships with their peers and adults. Our goal, in

the facility, is to facilitate the children as they learn to be independent. We'll encourage
the children to be independent, and learn each new skill such as feeding themselves, dressing
themselves, and also cleaning up toys when they are done playing with them. We will also work on helping your child with developing a sense of daily routine. We will spend lots of time nurturing each child verbally and non-verbally by providing positive consistent praise and lots of love. We will help the child recognize his/her feelings by naming at the right times how one is feeling. We will offer ample amounts of free play, dramatic play, music and art. The toys are always accessible for your child so they can make choices throughout the day. Your child’s development and growth is our number one priority. Our staff have their Child Development Associate for Preschool age and for infants/toddlers, and are continuing their education in Early Childhood Education. That being said, We look forward to learning and growing with you and your child. We want to be positive role models while they learn and explore their independence!
