Did you know our school is celebrating its 7️⃣0️⃣th anniversary this year?

70 years ago just 8 classrooms, 120 eager students, and some nuns from the Sisters of Humility started classes!

Today, we have nearly 500 students representing 17 central Iowa communities and speaking 14 different languages and way more teachers (pictured below)!

🎉This weekend, at the Bishop’s Celebration of Catholic Education, our very own Sue O’Brien was named Diocesan Volunteer of the Year!🎉

“Nurse Sue” was recognized for the countless hours she’s given to assist at the school in the health office, lunch room, at school Mass, and so much more. She was joined by her family from all across the country as she was honored and celebrated.

Our community is better because of Nurse Sue - and she is deserving of this special honor!

Students have already had the absolute JOY of meeting Mr. Kellar! He came by campus this spring to host a band introduction workshop for all eligible band students. We can't wait to welcome this experienced educator to our team!
