We’re doing a fun Adult Workout Class tomorrow night at 7 PM at Madison & Co!

The goal is super simple: move our bodies, have some fun, connect with other moms, and learn a little about peptides + wellness while we’re together.

No dance experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome. 🙌

Please take a quick look before your first class so your dancer is ready to move, dance, and have the BEST time! 💕
