Arrow Academy of Music At Arrow Academy of Music, we foster a lifelong music passion in kids through fun, innovative group piano and guitar lessons.

Since 2010, we’ve helped countless people just like you to find the piano and guitar lessons they need so their children can learn to play an instrument.

Our curriculum is fully accredited by the ACS WASC for grades 1-12 music education, (for both in-person and online programs) meaning you can trust our process.

Every new student begins with a free trial lesson to get to know us and what

to expect before signing up.

Why do we utilize group lessons? Almost nothing else is learned alone—not sports, not the arts, not academics. Then why piano and guitar? We believe students quit piano and guitar too soon because they're isolated and unengaged. Our group lessons solve all that, bringing students together to challenge and inspire one another.

Outside of our standard guitar and piano lessons, we offer plenty of extra activities for our students and pack our summer calendar full of camps and other opportunities. We love watching our students grow and try new things all year long.

Piano Ascent is our piano program designed specifically for older beginners—and there’s something really special about teaching students at this stage. 🎹

They may be new to their instrument, but they’re not new to learning. They bring years of curiosity, personality, problem-solving, and life experience with them.

Our job isn’t to treat them like they’re starting from zero. It’s to meet them where they are and teach them how to think like musicians.

Just three weeks in, and we already get to watch that musician emerge.

What an honor. 🫶

Our next Piano Ascent group begins in January! If you have an older beginner who’s been thinking about piano, January might just be their time. 🎶

Group lessons or private lessons? We say both. 🙌

Our group lessons blend the energy and community of learning together with individual instruction—because what each student needs can look different from week to week.

Families can also use their individual Learning Labs and Flex & Float lessons, where students get to explore music one-on-one with our teachers.

But the best part? The laughter and learning with friends. 🫶

Families shouldn’t have to choose between a rich community and excellent individual support. We know they go hand-in-hand. 🎶
