A hormone can be too high or too low in relation to your other hormones, even when it falls within the lab’s reference range.

Hormonal imbalances may contribute to low milk supply, oversupply, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, fatigue, thyroid issues, and difficult postpartum recovery.

Many lab ranges are based on a broad population and don’t account for your age, symptoms, pregnancy status, or postpartum stage. Your hormones work together, so it’s important to look at the whole picture.

Soon, local milk donors will have a convenient drop-off location, making it easier than ever to help provide lifesaving donor milk to premature and medically fragile NICU babies across Iowa.

In exchange for approximately one hour of your time, you’ll receive:
