☀️ Summer Meals
Urbana School District 116 is offering free meals to children ages 18 and younger this summer through the Summer Meal Program!
➡️ The meals will be offered at various USD116 locations. Please see dates, times and locations below.
➡️ Children do not have to be enrolled in summer school or attend Urbana Schools to receive a meal. Individuals 18 or older with a state-defined mental or physical disability can also receive free meals.
🗓️ June 8 – July 2, 2026 | Monday-Thursday (No meals Thursday, June 18)

The Summer Food Program is a federal government sponsored program that aims to provide children with access to food during traditional summer vacation periods. There are no income requirements or registration. Anyone 18 or younger may come to eat.

📝 Certain classes (usually honors, APP, level 7/8, AP) have summer assignments. Please check the document to see if your student is enrolled in a course that has summer homework and have them complete work by the indicated deadline.
