Arelly, our standout intern who is officially headed to Danville Area Community College to study Fetal Echocardiography! 🏥🩺

Arelly’s long-term goal is to work in Pediatrics, and she has proven time and again that she has the drive to get there. As an extremely enthusiastic and goal-oriented student, she is known for her kindness and her responsible nature, always asking the right questions to ensure she masters every task with precision. 🌟✨

Her favorite part of her internship was the ability to build unique professional bonds with the technicians while using her bilingual skills to assist with Spanish translations, making a real difference in patient communication! 🗣️❤️

We are so proud of her ambition and the heart she brings to the medical field. Way to go, Arelly! 🎓💡

Reminder tomorrow is one of the UHS volleyball camps!

The girls high school volleyball team will be hosting 4 seperate camps for players interested in developing their skills. Players are welcome to attend all 4 camps.

In April and May, players in 5th-8th grade may attend and we will focus more on learning basic skills and movements. This is a good way to get your player involved in the sport or touch up on skills they may already know!

During June and July, we will be taking players that will be going into 6th-8th grade. We will focus on more game like and competitve activities that will aim to develop in game awareness.

We hope to see your player there! Let’s go Tigers!!🐅

As a way to kick off our fall break, the volleyball team had a queen of the court tournament with their “sister” and another pair. We then moved to a dodgeball tournament divided between classes at the end of practice.

It was a highly energetic and competitive practice as the players worked to improved their agility, hand-eye coordination, and teamwork.

Juniors: 3rd
Sophomores: 4th
