Why SLG?
When I came to college, I sought a place where I could feel welcomed, empowered, and grow both personally and professionally. SLG has truly given me all of these things and more. Our principles are ones I align with, and it was inspiring to see the way that every sister upheld these values. Further, all the sisters made me feel seen and valued for who I was. I remember attending events and being able to see the sisters always proudly wearing their letters. Everyday, I am grateful to be surrounded by powerful, intelligent, and resilient woman who continue inspiring me to be a true woman of distinction. SLG has become a family and a home away from home for me. I am eternally grateful for this sisterhood and the lifelong journey that lies ahead! 💝✨

Beyond that, I admired every member of SLG because they embodied what it means to be a woman of balance, and they were people I looked up to.
