Congratulations to CS PhD student Ryan Wong on being named a 2026 ML and Systems Rising Star! 🎉

Selected as one of just 39 researchers worldwide, Wong is being recognized for advancing AI innovation through research that makes machine learning systems faster, more efficient, and more accessible. His work is helping shape the future of computing.

CS PhD Ryan Wong a 2026 ML and Systems Rising Star Ryan Wong, CS PhD, was selected as a 2026 ML and Systems Rising Star for his part as a leading senior student in AI innovation. Wong, who is advised by CS assistant professor Saugata Ghose, was one of only 39 selected by MLCommons from a field of over 170 applicants.
