So this morning I played Pickle Ball for the first time. It was so fun. 😃I'm ready for a rematch. Mary Ellen you will love it!

It's International Dance Day and we got a surprise visit from this lovely lady! It was a wonderful class! 😃

Yesterday I did something I have never done. I took a four hour hike at Turkey Run. It was one of the most emotionally and physically challenging day for me. There were tears, dirt, and a lot of stairs. If it wasn't for my "special someone's," I know I would not have made it. Thank you all for your support, your calming words,cand your belief in me when I coukd not believe in myself. FB, I DID THAT! 😃🥾🦯🏞💞

I deal with body dysmorphia, so I don't always see the hard work I am doing for a healthier life. I see a beautiful woman who is taking the pressure off her joints in order to move and have a productive life. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) doesn't define me! ☺️🤗
