The Illinois Neurodiversity Initiative (INI) is searching for an Associate Director! INI is a comprehensive support program; like TAP, they are housed in the Department of Human Development & Family Studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. INI promotes the success of neurodivergent college students from orientation through graduation by providing academic supports, mental health services, social connection, and employment preparation.

TAP will be CLOSED from August 6th through August 21st as we say goodbye to our summer interns and welcome our new fall interns!
If you need visual supports for the start of the school year, please place an order as soon as possible! We will have limited availability for folks to pick up materials between August 6th and August 21st, but we will not be able to work on any new orders.
To place an order for visual materials, email [email protected]. Please be as specific as possible in your email! Do you want the resource laminated? Velcro? Binding? The more details the better 😃

TAP's Resource Room will be CLOSED tomorrow, June 19th in honor of Juneteenth, or Freedom Day. Juneteenth is an important holiday that commemorates the day news of the Emancipation Proclamation reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas on June 19th, 1865, three years after the proclamation had been issued.
