Participants wanted!! The Nutrition & Cancer Survivorship Lab at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is looking for women who have had breast cancer to complete a survey about their preferences for nutrition and exercise programs. The survey will take 45-60 minutes to complete. To be eligible, you must be 18+ and have a history of breast cancer. If you fit these criteria, you can click on the link below to complete the survey. Participants will be eligible for a $10 Amazon gift card for completing the survey in full. If you have questions, please e-mail [email protected] and write “BREAST CANCER SURVIVOR STUDY” in the subject line.
