EEAI is excited to welcome research poster proposals for our upcoming 2027 Annual Conference! Posters will be on display on Thursday March 11th from 9-6 and will be highlighted from 4:30-5:30 during a poster session.

We welcome posters from students in high school through graduate programs that highlight an educational or informational focus relevant to environmental education.

Help Celebrate Butterfly Big Day 2026 this Saturday, 9/12!

Butterfly Big Day is an international event designed for people of all ages to use iNaturalist to find as many wild butterflies as they can, spread awareness of the importance of butterflies & other pollinators, and learn how we can help their populations.

EEAI is pleased to announce the Call for Proposals for the 2027 Conference and Annual Meeting, to be held in Lisle, Illinois March 10-12, 2027. We had an awesome time this week at the Illinois Waterway Visitors Center and Starved Rock State Park. We explored activities in the Project WILD K-12 Guide, toured the lock & dam on the Illinois River, shared about our respective work, and got a guided tour with geology expert, Joe, at Kaskaskia Canyon. And the weather was perfect!

We can hardly wait for the next regional roundtable!
