🍂 We're Going on a Leaf Hunt! 🍁

Our little explorers took their learning outdoors to discover the wonders of fall!

As they searched for leaves, they had opportunities to observe the changing seasons, notice different colors and shapes, and explore the natural world around them. 🌿

Who knew something as simple as a leaf could inspire so much curiosity? 🧡

🌿☀️ Sunday Funday!

That look when you're taking in all the wonders of the world around you! 🤔💚

Sometimes learning looks like jumping, running, and laughing. Other times, it's a quiet moment of curiosity, observation, and discovery.

Every little moment is an opportunity to grow! 🌱

🐸💚 Teacher Feature Friday! 💚🐸

This week, we're hopping over to our Frogs classroom to celebrate Ms. Kirstin and Ms. Andrea! 🌟

These wonderful teachers help our Pre-K learners grow, explore, and discover something new every day!

✨ Meet Ms. Kirstin! When she's not in the classroom, she loves spending her Saturdays baking new recipes with her sourdough! Her current favorite creation? Banana bread! 🍌🍞

✨ Meet Ms. Andrea! Outside of the classroom, she loves cooking, traveling, and hiking! Whether she's trying a new recipe or exploring somewhere new, she's always up for an adventure! 🥾🌎

We're so happy to have these two wonderful educators as part of our Goddard family! Give them some love in the comments! 💚

On the lookout for letters! 🔎🔤
Our little learners are turning letter recognition into a playful hunt! Searching for familiar letters helps children notice their shapes and builds early literacy skills along the way. 💙
What letters does your child love spotting at home?

The thing about a Goddard preschooler is they’re going to be curious. Keep the questions coming 👏

Personally, we’d hire them as videographers 📹

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
