Are you interested in participating in the SITLess study? We are looking for adults between the ages of 21 to 55 years old with a BMI between 25 and 40 to help us understand how breaking prolonged sitting with physical activity can affect how we think! You will be participating in cognitive tasks, exercising, and wearing an EEG cap to measure your brain waves! The study consists of 3 visits (~3, and 2 x 6 h).
