The Upton Town Wide Yard Sale application is OPEN! Paper applications are available at the Church Office, or you can apply online here: https://forms.gle/KjyzzbnzBCy1rkfi9. The $20 application fee provides you with a yard sign advertising your house as a yard sale location and inclusion on our yard sale map, which will be sold for $3 beginning at 7:30 am on Heritage Day (Sept 26). Wow. Just wow! This last Sunday, we held a Service Sunday. After a 30 minute worship, we used the rest of our time putting our faith into action for the Food Pantry at United Parish. The congregation packaged 200 back to school snack bags and 30 meal kit bags with ingredients for 7 Can Taco Soup and Tuna & Pasta Salad with Chickpeas. These two recipes were provided to us by 3rd & 4th grade students at Memorial School who spent their June Inspired Learning Day with us. We also wrote notes of love and support to include in every back to school bag. These items will be passed out to our Food Pantry patrons in September. Thank you to all who support the Food Pantry, whether in time, talents, or treasures, we cannot do this work without you. Neighbors helping neighbors ♥️

Tomorrow, we have a special Sunday planned. At 9:30 am, we will gather in the Vestry for a shortened worship service, then we will use the rest of our time completing a service project for the Food Pantry at United Parish! We will pack back-to-school snack bags and meal-kit bags to be distributed at our next Food Pantry distribution. Following the service project, we will have fellowship in Soul Fuel Cafe. All are invited to join us!
