The school year is coming to an end, and you're looking for a tutor. I plan to enjoy my summer, but I can also help your scholar prepare, review, and remediate. I have taught at the college and elementary school levels. I specialize in special needs and working with elementary school children. In tutoring, I have experience at all levels. Do you or your child have the motivation to support the learning process? Children tend to need both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation. You encourage them with rewards and compliments and their success and those compliments build their confidence pushing them to go farther. Adults need to see that they are getting somewhere, that their labor is making some kind of progress. That doesn't mean that we don't like to be treated to our favorite dinner, dessert, or pastime when we reach major milestones, though. Be self-motivated and have a great support team! Make sure you make learning a rewarding experience!

Bad news is bad news. Even good tutoring can have poor results. If you want great results, you need a plan and TIME! Help me help you! Analyze the situation. Find the root causes. Set up a plan with an intensity level that will give you the results you need within the time frame that you need them. I want your success just as much as you do.
