We encourage all families to attend, especially paid PTO members. During this important meeting, the slate of candidates for the 2026–2027 Executive Board will be presented, floor nominations will be accepted, and candidates will be affirmed.

Electronic ballots will be shared with all PTO members following the meeting.

The PTO is currently seeking a Treasurer!

Prior PTO experience is not required. Basic organizational skills, comfort with spreadsheets, budgeting and bank reconciliations are preferred.

Responsibilities:
*Receive all funds of the Organization
*Maintain accurate records of all receipts and expenditures
*Disburse funds in accordance with the approved fiscal year budget and as directed by the Executive Board
*Coordinate all fundraising activities with the Treasurer and Vice President
*Gather financial data related to fundraising efforts
*Record and report on all fundraising activities
*Present a financial statement at all General, Annual, Special, and Executive Board meetings, and when requested by the Executive Board
*Prepare and file all required tax forms
*Assist in preparing the annual budget in collaboration with the Executive Board
*Provide monthly reports on actual income, expenditures, and current balances for all PTO accounts
*Prepare and present a complete financial report at the close of the fiscal year to the Executive Board and General Membership
*Assist with the audit process at the close of the fiscal year or upon a change of Treasurer, conducted by a certified auditor or an auditing committee of three to five General Members
