We’re thrilled to introduce our new service for 2026 and beyond: Mental Health First Aid for Boxers!
A quote has been attributed to the late and legendary boxing trainer Cus D’Amato that “boxing is 90% mental and 10% physical.” The one topic that has consistently dominated boxing culture since the onset of the world wide COVID -19 pandemic until now, is mental health. Our champion’s solution is Mental Health First Aid For Boxers and Athletes. We can be vetted within boxing and have decades of services providing professional counseling and therapy.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is essential support that empowers athletes to recognize and respond to mental health challenges. This initiative is designed to provide boxers with the tools they need to manage their mental well-being effectively, ensuring they can perform at their best, both in and out of the ring.
At Champions Solutions Academy, our aim is to connect athletes with valuable resources, both within our expertise and beyond. Whether it’s through workshops, expert consultations, or support networks, we want to ensure that every boxer has access to the assistance they might need when facing mental health challenges.
We envision a future where all gyms have access to Mental Health First Aid services, creating a culture of success, wellness and support in the boxing community. Together, let’s empower our athletes to thrive both inside and outside of the ring.

The commercialism of this time of the year often hides that MANY people are not ok. The blend of stress, alcohol and illicit drugs not only lead to abnormal rates of heart attacks, but increased violence among people known by each other. The state of Maryland and The House of Ruth how pioneered and intimate partner violence (IPV) hotline. Champions Solutions Academy has also created an IPV prevention and mitigation course.
