Today marks a major milestone in the construction of our new Chapel and Welcome Center as the final steel beam has been officially placed!

While Taylor's Ph.D. in Leadership program is delivered primarily online, each summer students and faculty come together in person for an immersive week of learning and community.

This year, they gathered in Washington, DC for their annual Summer Institute—engaging in rich discussion, collaborative learning, and leadership formation rooted in faith.

In January 2006, The Spencer Center for Global Engagement was established with a clear purpose: Send Taylor to the world and bring the world to Taylor.

In the years since, nearly 6,000 students have traveled to more than 50 countries through Center-facilitated programs!

These efforts have placed Taylor consistently among the Top 10 undergraduate institutions in the nation in the annual Open Doors report published by the Institute of International Education. As a result, Taylor is one of the only Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) schools to hold this distinction.

Exciting changes are on the way for our Taylor University Cross Country/Track & Field program!

To make room for the new Chapel and Welcome Center, the George Glass Track and Field Complex is moving to its new home on 8th Street behind Gudakunst Field.

As part of this exciting transformation, the facility will be renamed the Glass Track and Field Complex to recognize George’s late wife, Jan, whose steadfast support was instrumental in the program’s growth.

The new complex will feature upgraded throwing venues, modern jumping areas, improved spectator seating, and more!

Join us during Homecoming & Family Weekend (October 9–11) as we officially dedicate the new Glass Track and Field Complex and celebrate this exciting new chapter!
