Had an excellent day at the last tournament with Grappling X. We had some solid wins and better yet great experiences.

I'm going to have a very special deal on just one of my classes. This will only be for brand new students, not current or students I had prior. I have a self defense class Tuesday and Thursday at 4 pm. I will have a special reduced price package for the 4 pm Tuesday and Thursday only class. The class will be structured heavily to get the most out of these two days. I'm willing to go over the entirety of the class including the price via over the phone.

This has been a long time coming. Lily has won just about every event except ADCC. Today she dug real deep and struck Gold in an impressive fashion. I know this was gratifying for her and I was honored to be a part of it. Way to go, you Wild Unicorn!

This Tuesday is our new class Moms & Mitts - Dads & Pads. Where you the parent will learn how to hold mitts and your child will learn proper form to have effective striking techniques. This is a non competitive class no sparring just instruction on developing skills as mitt holder and a striker.
For our current members there is no additional charge this is just another excellent class for you. For non-members of our studio its 50 a month for every Tuesday. This Tuesday is day one, class one and is Free For All as an intro. Help Spread The Word and Let Us All Have Some Fun.
