Honored and excited to be a coach and speaker for the 2026 LEAD online conference!
I'll be developing Taekwondo instructors with goal-setting skills so that their leadership and work transform both themselves and their students, resulting in high-achieving, life-changing studios.
If you know a Taekwondo master who wants to grow his leadership and business, and develop his instructors into valuable lifelong leaders, lI'd love to connect you with Master Jim Nam for more information about this online leadership conference!

I'm turning 49 this month and I'm in a contemplative mood, especially as I anticipate this Saturday's Midlife Women's Retreat!
Been asking myself: What do you fear losing as you age?
This vid is my 3-part answer to that question:
🙏 I fear losing my role as a mom to young kids
🙏 I fear losing my physical health
🙏 I fear losing fiery passion for my faith
Which one can you relate to?

Sisters in midlife! Gift yourself a day of self-care with like-hearted women who want to maximize this unique season of life by leading ourselves with intention, clarity, and purpose!
Come for a one-day women's retreat at the beautiful Embassy Suites in Irvine on Saturday, December 6 from 8 am-5 pm!!
Your soul will find calm, comfort, and connection with a community of pro-aging women who believe that we're not young anymore, but we're not too old to start making progress toward maximizing our "second lifetime"! 😀
So...
Who do you want to become over the next decade?
What have you yet to try, to create, to build, to learn, to heal?
What challenges do you need to prepare to handle?
How can you take better care of your health--your diet, sleep, exercise, stress management?
These are questions you'll get to think and pray through in your journal and in small groups with supportive sisters.
In the afternoon, you'll get to hear from Dr. Tiffany Endo, a family doctor who works with women every day, as she shares what to expect about midlife health from her professional and personal experience. You'll leave with one specific health-related goal that you can execute immediately 🙌
This retreat is designed for you to have a day of dedicated space to come before the Lord with your needs, desires, and prayers, as you clarify how you want to steward your midlife years and beyond.
The investment is $99, which includes breakfast, parking, and use of the hotel grounds. A leisurely lunch is on your own with your assigned small group. You will leave with a few new friends! 🥰
To find out more, message Brenda or email [email protected].
Hope you'll join us! ❤️ Registration closes this Sunday, November 16.

I still remember my first Zoom call with Lincoln, a rising 5th grade student. We had a stimulating conversation that lasted 90 minutes!
Though only in 5th grade, this teachable, energetic, enthusiastic student was so ready to begin developing his capacity for leadership--beginning with personal leadership (leading yourself).
Through the school year, Lincoln evaluated the 4 domains of his life--body (physical), brain (intellectual), heart (relational), and soul (spiritual)--and identified which area, if improved, would have the greatest positive impact on the other domains of his life.
He set goals around his music endeavors, school work, relationships at home, friendships at school, and what every pr***en needs--emotional leadership/development.
I loved encouraging Lincoln to focus on building simple, consistent habits that would compound over time to achieve his goals, and I loved receiving news of his successful efforts!
Goal-setting and habit-building are essential executive leadership skills, and it's awesome that Lincoln is already beginning to practice these skills 🙌
Through the leadership book he is reading and our chapter-by-chapter discussions about the concepts, Lincoln is growing in his understanding of personal leadership. He is willing to be challenged, to change his mind, and to take ACTION to address his needs...that's what strong personal leadership is all about!
What an honor to partner with his parents to invest in Lincoln! ❤
I love guiding students like Lincoln through the important process of self-discovery, and encouraging them to honor the unique personality and gifts that God has entrusted to them.
