Leading Oneself is Phi Sigma Sigma's newest leadership program, created for alumnae who are taking those first steps towards leadership in their careers, communities or volunteer experiences.

Join us for four live webinars in September and October. Participants can attend one session or build their experience by attending all four!

Starting over as a transfer student is never easy. When Stella arrived on campus, it was a total reset. She felt alone and overwhelmed, until she found her people (and her best friend) in Phi Sig. 💙

"As a transfer student, it was hard to make friends at first. I came in not really knowing anyone, which was honestly pretty intimidating, and going through formal recruitment felt scary, especially because I was going through it alone. But Phi Sig completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the conversations with all the girls flowed so naturally, it felt like I had known them forever. There was something so genuine and comforting about the environment. Everyone was so inclusive, and kind, I immediately felt welcomed.

Through recruitment, I met my best friend Abby, who had also just transferred. We instantly connected, and now she’s our philanthropy chair. It’s crazy to think that something that once felt so scary led me to friendships that mean so much to me!"
