Starting the week of January 5th, below is our weekly schedule:

Mondays 4-6
Wednesdays 6-8
Fridays 6-8
Saturday 12-2

As always, please refer to the Sports You app for weekly communication’s 📲

To participate the athlete must have a current physical 🩺⚕️on record with Scott County Board of Education or their school. Plus attend Scott County High School, or middle school 7th and 8th graders districted to Scott County High School are welcome.

🗓️ Mark your calendar…the Lady Cards 🥎kick off Strenth and Conditioning workout 🏋🏻‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️sessions for the remainder of 2025.

🔴 November schedule: Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm and Saturday, noon-2pm; November 4 - 20, off the week of Thanksgiving 🦃

🔵 December schedule: Monday 4-6pm, Thursday 6-8 pm and Saturday noon -2pm;
December 1- 20, off from Christmas break until January 5.

📍SCHS Fieldhouse (if the weather is pleasant, sessions could be up at the softball field)

⚕️Student physical form must be on file with district to participate

🥎 Any student districted to Scott County High School with interest in trying out in February 2026 are welcome. Also any 7th/8th graders who are districted to SCHS are also welcome to have exposure and meet the coaches in these sessions.

📲 For weekly updates request access on Sports You app. Please note attending these workout sessions is not mandatory, just a great opportunity to get ready and be prepared for 2026 tryouts mid February.

🚨We are thrilled to announce that Barry Walton will be joining the Lady Cards family as our new Freshman Head Coach!

Coach Walton comes to us with 9 years of experience, including leading the 2023 Royal Spring Middle School, Lady Titans 💙🤍🥎 to win 🥇the Bluegrass Conference.

Coach Walton’s passion for the game and commitment to player development makes him an excellent 🤗 addition to our program. We are confident he will help lead our athletes to success both on and off the field.

The Lady Cards are super pumped to have Coach Wells join our Cards family ‼️

Coach Wells has a wealth of knowledge 🧠when it comes to coaching📋 talented athletes. He has spent many hours developing and coaching travel ball teams. 2️⃣ seasons at Lafayette High School as an assistant coach.

We are blessed that Coach Dwayne is coming to SC with his incredible leadership skills 🔴⚫️🥎 and ready to lead these athletes to another amazing season !!! Let’s go Cards 🔥

We're thrilled 🤗 to introduce our newest assistant coach, Carly Oliver, who brings a wealth of experience and passion❤️‍🔥 for the 🥎 game!

With an extensive background playing the game she loves. This isn’t Carly’s first time being a Lady Card. A 2019 Scott County high school graduate and continued playing 🥎 in college with several incredible accomplishments:
