As the end of the year holiday time approaches, memories of our loved ones come to the forefront of our minds, because we love and miss them.

Here are a few tips:

❤️ Have a cook off with family and friends on cooking their favorite dishes and a small reward for the winner.
❤️ Bring out their favorite dinner ware and table decorations.
❤️ Have their photos presents and everyone can share their favorite memories.
❤️ Start the meal with a prayer and each person shares why they are grateful and thankful for having their loved one in their life.

We do not have to grieve and mourn alone, we can share those feelings of sadness, love and laughter with others that your loved ones brought to your lives.

I am excited to launch our new Resources page on our website! It has the answers to questions you may be asking about where to get started with the death of a loved one. It has mental health resources, grief resources and more! September is Su***de Prevention Month and in the comments I will put links to those resources as well. However available to you 24-hours is the 988 Su***de and Crisis Lifeline. I started Virtual Closure to be a resource and advocate for hurting families. This new resource page has more than I could have imagined to offer as a conduit to help beyond what we provide. Thanks for your support!
