❗️FACT: Driving faster will win you a conversation with & summons from a trooper… like this driver who was doing 125 mph in a 70 mph zone on I-81 in Rockbridge County on July 4th.

Please slow your speed this holiday weekend. (NOTE: Date on the summons is the Court Date.)

90% of your driving is done with your eyes. The eyes provide the information. If you are distracted then there is no driving information being seen. Please pay attention and respect everyone on the road! It’s to late when you hurt yourself or someone else. Life is very fragile! It can end with one wrong choice! Please be responsible 🙏😊.

🚦 No Signal = treat as a 4-way stop
🚦 Flashing yellow = proceed with caution
🚦 Flashing Red = treat as a stop sign

Report inoperable traffic signals at 800-FOR-ROAD.
