🎉🎊Congratulations to our Chief Executive, Anna Harutyunyan, on 10 remarkable years of leadership!
Under her leadership for the past decade, NAZA has expanded our reach from after school programs into summer learning, elevated youth voice through the Youth In Action! initiative, led the creation of Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development, strengthened the local youth development community with essential training and resources, and has enabled tens of thousands of young people access free out of school learning opportunities.
We are grateful for Anna's vision, dedication, and the lasting impact she continues to make for Nashville’s youth!

We’re celebrating our incredible Youth In Action! partners and the projects they’ve brought to life this year! At sites throughout the city, NAZA‑funded programs supported youth‑planned, youth‑led, and youth‑delivered initiatives that are making a real impact.
Whether raising resources for local nonprofits, creating school gardens, or showcasing creativity through film, young people stepped up as leaders and supported their communities along the way.
