Sending a cool breeze of congratulations to our latest belt graduates! For our Orange Belts, achieving a black stripe is the first step towards Blue Belt. The rest of the test? Showing your skills in sparring! Ensuring what you learn can be applied in free sparring is essential to your growth.

Wedding alert! A Black Belt instructor got married this weekend and you have the opportunity to guess which one! (Hint: They aren't in this glorious selfie from the event, which includes Little Dragons instructors and our youngest 2nd Dan Black Belt in the dojo's history)

Why yes, they have clothes other than a gi. Some of your favorite Black Belt instructors across the decades got together over the holidays. Can you name them all? (We're not going to ask who your personal favorite is...)

Closing out this week with one more Black Belt promotion for Sensei Vannatta, earning her 4th Dan. This kind of achievement takes years of ongoing work, physically and mentally, and we share in recognition of her growth. We invite you to share congratulations here and when you meet her in person at the dojo!
