Such a special night celebrating an incredible season! 💙💛

Our swim and dive banquet was the perfect way to recognize all the hard work, growth, and unforgettable moments from this year. This team showed determination, resilience, and so much support for one another—we’ve truly enjoyed coaching them.

Grateful for the memories, the laughs, and this amazing group of athletes. Endings are always bittersweet, but this season is one to be so proud of!

For our FHS Swimming and Diving family, Rock was the original coach of the Findlay Area Swim Team (FAST), which was started in 1972. FAST ultimately turned into FYF, the Findlay YMCA team. Rock coached FHS through the mid-90's. He took over the FHS team from Les Miller and Bob Newell in 1973 and went on to build a formidable team.

Rock had a big heart and would do anything to give a child the opportunity to compete. This sometimes got him in trouble with his fellow coaches. But in his mind, it was the right thing to do.

We have lost one of the Findlay Swimming greats. RIP Rock.

Tillie Abbott had an outstanding morning, qualifying 6th in the 100 freestyle and 7th in the 50 Freestyle for Finals tomorrow at the OHSAA State Championship Swim meet in Canton.

Megan finished 32nd at the State meet! Congratulations on a great season, looking forward to next year already!
