We want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who helped make our Inaugural Jazz Brunch as fabulous as it was. We truly could not have done it without the support of each and every one of you.

From the VIP reception with the fabulous sounds of Van Alexander to the brunch featuring our amazing emcee Segun Oduwole who kept the program flowing just the right way, to the fabulous sounds of the Kenneth Brown II Collection, and ending it all with Ronnie Laws blessing us with a song and auctioning off his beloved saxophone to our audience. What a time was had.

Again, we thank you. We appreciate the feedback, and we will keep improving. We hear you as our supporters, and it is only up from here.

Hello everyone,

We are getting very excited about our Jazz Brunch this Sunday and wanted to share a few important reminders.

Tickets will not be sold at the door. If you still need a ticket, please contact us at [email protected] , and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We highly recommend using a rideshare service or carpooling, as parking in Playa Vista can be limited.

Be sure to come ready for our silent auction. You will have the opportunity to bid on some incredible items, including a signed saxophone from one of our special guests, along with several other great items.

If your package did not include drink tickets, or if you would like additional tickets, they will be available for purchase at the event.

We plan to begin promptly, as we have a full program scheduled within a three-hour window. Please allow extra time for parking so you can be seated by 2:00 PM.

Congratulations to Morehouse sophomore Elijah Bradley on earning the MCPC Region 8 Scholarship. Job well done, EJ.

Yesterday, the Morehouse team made it to the Sweet 16 round at the Honda Campus All-Star Challenge. Unfortunately, they lost to Prairie View, who then lost to Spelman in the Elite 8. Finals are Monday.
