🌟2026 Grantee Spotlight: Grace Clinics of Ohio

SourcePoint is pleased to support Grace Clinic in Delaware County by providing a $39,000 grant to expand hours of operation and increase access to low-cost health care and services in rural areas of our community.

🩵Grace Clinics of Ohio, Inc. provides free medical services to uninsured and underinsured individuals who would otherwise not have access to basic, sound, quality medical care. Healthcare is provided by medical staff in a loving, compassionate, and non-threatening manner. The patient’s illness is addressed by considering their physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and social needs.

🩵SOURCEPOINT GRANT FUNDING supports local programs that specialize in serving older adults in our community. Each year, SourcePoint shares a portion of levy funding with local nonprofits and government organizations to ensure the critical needs of our community are met without duplicating services. This approach allows us to support programs that fill important gaps, leveraging the expertise of our partners to build a strong, cost-effective network of care for older adults and family caregivers in Delaware County.

🌟2026 Grantee Spotlight: Friends of Wornstaff Memorial Library - Wornstaff Walkers program 🚶🏻

SourcePoint is pleased to provide $2,500.15 in grant funds to purchase large-print books and to support the Wornstaff Walkers program, which provides urban walking sticks, weighted vests, ankle and wrist weights, pedometers, and safety vests for members.

The Wornstaff Memorial Public Library serves as a vital community hub for the Village of Ashley and Oxford Township. In 2024, the library partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association, SourcePoint, and the Delaware Public Health District to develop new in-house programs aimed at helping older residents connect, reduce social isolation, and foster intergenerational engagement.

🚶🏻Wornstaff Walkers launched in Fall 2024 in response to community requests for health-focused activities and continues to thrive with the support of dedicated Wornstaff staff. For more details, please feel free to call the library at 740.747.2085 or reach out to Jennifer via email at [email protected].
