Despite bringing a small squad, our Elite Team returned to Indiana with a collection of gold medals and two team trophies. The athletes showed tremendous heart, discipline, and determination against some of the Midwest’s toughest competition.

Introducing our Tiny Tigers Program for children ages 4, 5, and 6!
This exciting new program features a structured CMA online curriculum that allows parents to follow their child’s progress and assist with training at home directly from their smartphone through our CMA Progress Report system.
Our goal is to build focus, confidence, discipline, and coordination while introducing children to the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and positive environment.
Unlike many youth programs, Tiny Tigers students will have the opportunity to compete within their first year of training, giving them a chance to build confidence and experience early in their martial arts journey.

We’ve received many requests for self-defense training over the years. While Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is highly effective, some people prefer a program focused specifically on practical, real-world self-defense.

Our Self-Defense Program teaches awareness, escape techniques, standing defense, and ground survival skills in a supportive environment.

The Atlanta Open was a turning point for Bronsen. He was able to execute his game plan, tighten up areas he had been working hard to improve, and put everything together when it mattered most.

After winning Juvenile Worlds, Luke stepped into the Adult Purple Belt division and earned Silver in a stacked 66-man bracket at the IBJJF World Championship. CONGRATULATIONS LUKE!!! 💪
