Monday night, our season ended with a very tough overtime loss to Ville Platte. To say our girls battled and clawed to the very end is an understatement! But as usual, they kept their heads down, stayed focused, and continued to fight.
Our season had its ups and downs after losing our four seniors last year, but true to Doyle Lady Tiger fashion, they showed up BIG in the playoffs.
To our seniors, Peyton and Genie, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from you. Your dedication to this team and your teammates did not go unnoticed.
To our fans, thank you for always showing up! We knew this year would be challenging, so a huge shoutout to you for cheering us on every step of the way.
To the many people behind the scenes:
• Garrett McMorris – our Hudl expert. We couldn’t do what we do without your help.
• Debi Lovett – for keeping our book at a moment’s notice.
