🌱Uncovering Toxins: Many issues are caused by lurking toxins in our home. You will receive a list of chemicals to avoid.
For homework, you can use the list to check your products at home, in addition to my favorite links where you can look up products you are currently using to see how they rate.

Furthermore, after our consultation, you will have the choice of moving forward with my full 4-month package, a shorter term option, or choosing my À la carte services.

It's been slow going, so I haven't posted weekly updates in a while. Part of that is because I like desserts 🍪 and another part is my stage of life - so the outward changes are taking a bit longer.🐢

B U T - I am still in it and know that the supplements and lifestyle changes I am making are doing GREAT things for my cellular system and will help me in the long run as I age. Better lose slowly and body adjusting to the new normal than losing a bunch and then putting it back on just as fast...

My Supplements - daily Balance & Burn
daily Master Cellular Nutrition.
Lifestyle - limiting carbs, 🍞
upping protein, 🍗🥓
hydration, 💦
movement (goal is 10K steps/day), and 🚶‍♀️‍➡️
weight lifting 3x/week. 🏋️‍♀️

I won't post pictures, because they are still horrifying to me. 😧

A once trusted name in supplement creation is now in the hands of a huge conglomerate that will likely alter formulas to use less quality ingredients and make them more $$.
This is why I choose to get the bulk of my supplements through Young Living. A company I can trust and whose products are bioavailable and whose science department is always researching and innovating to bring better items to the market.
